• Simple contracts: For relatively straightforward contracts with standard terms and conditions, the flat rate is $300 plus any filing fees, such as entity creation and non-disclosure agreements.
• Medium-complexity contracts: Contracts that require more customization and specific provisions, such as service agreements, or licensing agreements have a flat rate of $1,000.
• Complex contracts: Contracts involving intricate legal issues or high-value transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions agreements, or partnership agreements, have a flat rate of $3,000.
• Ongoing retainer agreements: Some businesses prefer to establish an ongoing relationship or require an attorney available during negotiations. In such cases, a monthly or annual retainer fee may be negotiated to cover contract drafting and other legal services as needed. An hourly rate of $350 will apply to these services.
