My Background
I practice law differently because I came to it differently.
I spent eight years inside a national multi-site operator — first as Senior Legal Analyst on real estate and acquisitions, then leading vendor contracts, and finally as Director of Facilities & Energy across the 2,800+ location portfolio with $130M+ in budget oversight, 370 vendor contracts, and 450 surplus properties.
I did not learn MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and lease risk in a classroom. I learned them by managing vendor performance, sitting in QBRs, and watching whether contract language actually held up in the field.
That experience shapes how I practice. I draft for enforceability and executability. I review for operational risk, not just legal risk. I communicate in the language facilities, real estate, construction, and finance teams use.
What Drives My Practice
I started PABIZ.LAW because I kept seeing the same pattern: multi-site operators getting contracts that were legally sound but operationally broken — drafted by people who never had to manage how those agreements played out across hundreds of locations, dozens of vendors, and thousands of invoices.
I bridge that gap.
Attorney-Led, AI-Accelerated
The operator perspective shapes how I deliver work at portfolio scale. I architect custom AI agents for lease review using both frontier and locally-run LLMs. For sensitive legal materials, I run secure local-only document workflows: no external AI APIs, no cloud calls, no subprocessors. The AI is the engine. I am the responsible professional. Clients receive legal work product from a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney, not a tool output.
Beyond the Practice
I serve as VP of Client Strategy & Success at OnPoint Strategic Partners, advising facilities service providers on enterprise customer strategy, target-account planning, and service model design. I’m also Co-Founder and Chief Legal, Finance & Operations Officer at Cohera1, an AI-enabled facilities procurement product company. Both roles keep me close to the FM industry — supplier side, product side, and operator side.
